Pickups:
Customer must be at scheduled departure points 15 minutes prior to puck up times. Payment must be made in full seven (7) days prior to travel date.

Payments:
We accept checks and Money Orders
Credit card on-line via Paypal.com.

Cancellations:
Full refunds will be provided with a five (5) days notification prior to scheduled travel day. There is a $50.00 fee for cancellations of four (4) or less prior to travel date.

Return Check Fee:
If your payment is returned due to Non Sufficient Funds you will be charged $25.00 per incident.

Absence:
If you have not cancelled your trip and do not show up at your appointed travel time and date there will be no refund. Sorry, No exceptions.
